Dubious Car Sales Rep

I referred a friend to buy a Toyota Atios sedan vehicle on 19/02/2022 @ R 186 000 at the Toyota Soweto Branch. Spoke to David @the dealer who was a sales rep and when i asked him about the referral fee, he indicated that it would be given on conclusion of the sale transaction. On completion of the sale transaction, i enquired further with David on the referral fee, to which he responded that i need to have a SARS tax clearance letter, which was not mentioned to me on my first inquiry. I do have a SARS tax clearance by the way which i could have handed over to David had he not acted "*********ly". Perhaps he wanted the referral fee for himself or someone else? God knows!
