Don't trust Toyota Kuilsriver with your car

On the 22nd of August at 14:25, I called Toyota Kuilsriver branch to book a 150 000km service, i asked for the 26th, on my day off. the lady confirmed, I need to be there at the premises between 0*** on the day. On the 26th, I brought my car at 0645. Wafeeqah Jacobs took my car keys and confirmed the 150 000km service, adding the cost of R8,800. I did not hear from anyone at Toyota for the entire day, at 1715, I tried to call Wafeeqah to enquire about my car, I couldn't get hold of her. I went there to see her myself. It seems as these people forgot about my car service, wanting to know when i had booked the appointment, because their system shows that I was supposed to be there on the 22nd... How is it possible to me to book a service on the day at 1425 for 7am that same morning? I asked her whether my car was worked on, she needed to check with the manager, who confirmed nothing was done for the whole day but give her and the mechanics one hour to sort it out... After an hour she called me, to ask if they could bring the car to me the next day. I explained to her that I needed my car for work in the morning, and that I couldn't afford to not be without my car. We decided to go and fetch the car, as nothing was going to be done, according to her, because big services only start after 15:00 on a day and they have a shortage of mechanics, so it won't be done. Even offering me a discount of R800. This lady then asked me to come and retrieve my car from the security person and will call me the next day to organise a new day to do my service. I arrived at the dealership, the security guard had my car keys, and my car was parked there. I was quite irritated, as I gave this person the responsibility of my car, and she could just leave it with the security guard? Little to say, I didn't receive a call back from her, but Toyota did ask for a review of the service, or should I say NO SERVICE. The lady that contacted me, I believe her name was Amelia (reviewing the service), had quite a laugh on my account, even saying that she will pray for me to be safe on the road. This case was then escalated on Friday, 29 August, to Grant Cole, reference ***, NO one has contacted me. According to my car's book of life, there's a stamp indicating that my car had a 150 000km service but there were no old parts and according to Wafeeqah the service is not done. Why are these people lying, we trust them with our cars and basically our lives! Was the service completed or not? NO one knows and seems like no one cares
