DISHONEST TOYOTA

I bought an extended motor plan to cover services 100,000 to 160,000 on my Toyota Fortuner. In 2012. They paid for services 100,000-150,000 but refuses to pay service for service 160,000 claiming that the service plan expired in November 2018. Yet they paid for the 150,000 in May 2019. When I purchased the motor plan NO MENTION was made regarding a time limit,

I always had a high regard for Toyota but will never again buy a Toyota because of this experience.

Ironically one of their values they display is "We honour our commitments" What a joke.
