Dishonest and bad service

Worst service I have had and the cherry on the cake.... It is always lovely when the service manager lies to you. I am really disappointed in the lack of service from the Service Manager and the DP as they both never did any effort to get back to me regarding my issues. I have also spoken to Toyota South Africa and and was told I would have feedback by the 2nd just one more broken promise. My first ref *** still not resolved.
