Disgusting treatment from Toyota

My daughter and I visited Toyota, cnr of Rivonia Rd and Witkoppen Rd 2 weeks ago. We were quite looking forward to getting a good deal on a used Lexus. The manager appeared quite rude to us, never once coming out of his office to talk to us, opting rather to use his spokesperson to shuttle to and fro to provide answers to our questions. Unprofessional, indeed. We opted, in disgust, to leave the premises.
