Disgusting service at toyota Jeppestown

Toyota Motus Jeppestown is absolutely disgusting, the parts employee and manager have no customer care and will not try and assist in anyway, we even gave them the vin number and the part that was needed and they told me i must bring my mechanic to answer their questions, when i went and complain to the D.P he basically told me it is what it is and if the manager cannot assist me then so be it.
