disgusting service and arrogant manager

<p>I took my car for service at polokwane branch, the window switch on passenger's seat was not properly work, but it was working, after the service the switch was dead, not working at all, raised this issue immediately and they told me should come back the following morning, they could not help me and the arrogant manager never apologised to me non whatsoever he just said am not going to replace it u must buy it. am going to sell my car will opt for other make like vw</p>
