Disgusting & poor service

I had an incident with my car in January 2017 where my dog ate my passeger car seat and seat belts. I requested a quotation from Toyota for the seats and seatbelts in order to send through to my insurance company to pay Toyota for the job.

On the 29 March the invoice was paid to Toyota. The parts were ordered on the 3 April 2017. It is now the 21 May 2017 and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed while Toyota has been paid in full!!

Its apparently going to be another 3 weeks till the parts arrive which means I would have waited 3 months for my car to get fxed by Toyota in Knysna.

In total frustration, I called Knysna Head office , and spoke to a woman by the name of Elza, who was *********** and could barely get the VIN number/ and registration number right. Finally after 5 minutes she managed to pick up the VIN number. She then proceeded to tell me the car is financed under Absa, and she will need Absa'a company VAT Number in order to help me out with my complaint.....

I then asked her to speak to a manager, and after holding for 10 minutes, I got a stinky response back from the manager, who is supposed to be available to their customers, to say he/she will not be speaking to me until I have got the relevant documentation.

I told Elza that at this point Toyota's service has been so poor and disgusting, and will be taking my business somehwere else. She said OK.

For a company that offers a service, this is a very poor reflection on Toyota!!
