Disgusted by Toyota
Initially my car was booked in for injector cleaning and replacing as well as the left rear abs sensor and hub. When collecting the car i noticed the car did not want to start, Immediately went back to Elmarie and informed her . She then took me to one of the servicing guys that works there and he told me it could be that the fuel must still work through the system . i eventually got it to start. Not long after the next day i informed elmarie that i am still having the same issue. she advised me to bring the car back. On that friday i could not get the car to start and when an agent from JHB called to ask for feedback i told her what is still wrong. she adviced that the manaager of the branch will contact me soon. I then got no call back. on Saturday 2 november 2019 i got the car to start. I was attempting to drive the car to toyota ottery . Whilst i was driving the car completely cut out . nothing was working . The engine warning light was on. i then called toyota and ased to speak to a manager . i was told no one is in on a weekend then i asked for a branach manager . Nazley then put me through to Someone named 'Sage' he then gave me your number. At this point in time i called you and the most upsetting part besides the workmanship of toyota was the fact that i was given your personal number . i only realised this when i heard your grandchildren in the background. this is completely unprofessional. For a client to be given your private number for company use. I then opened my car bonnet and was furious . My engine bay was full of battery acid , on top of the tappet cover was oil, the car smells like fuel. The ALTERNATOR WAS LOSE. this is an outrage!
Halfway toyota ottery is a joke, a complete disgrace to the brand. The service manager wants to collect my car to see if they can fix the issues they caused by their poor workmanship and meanwhile i must sit without a car .
disgrace !!!
i wont ever recommend them if anything i will warn anyone who is even thinking about it.
Putrid for an international brand
