Disgruntled

I paid off my car in July of 2015. I supp**** all the necessary documents to the agent at Toyota corner of Cape Road and 6th Avenue in Newton Park, PE. She was very helpful. The payment protection plan was not needed any more. She sent them a request to refund me the contributions of R188,57 per month I was paying. But every month this payment goes off from my bank.<br> This is the ref nr: VEHWARRTOY;T***4.<br> <br> I WANT immediate payback of all contributions since August 2015
