Disatisfaction with Etios bought

Complaint about a deal with McCarthy Toyota, Hatfield.<br> <br> 1. I bought two Toyota Etios motor vehicles for my children at McCarthy Toyota on 25 Feb 2015.<br> 2. I specifically made use of McCarthy Toyota because of the brand name that advertises trust, reliability, honesty, customer satisfaction, value for money and peace of mind.<br> 3. I approached the Sales Executive, Ewald de Beer, and after looking at a number of cars, decided on the Etios and the colour white.<br> 4. I made sure to mention on more than one occasion that I am not interested in vehicles with an accident history or any accident damage.<br> 5. I checked with Ewald that the vehicles that he was lining up for us were accident free as I have previously had a problem with hidden accident damage.<br> 6. Both Ewald and the Manager assured me that the vehicles were guaranteed with no accident damage or history.<br> 7. We then bought the two cars on 25 Feb 2015.<br> 8. From the onset my son had the following issues: (Was reported to Ewald and thus McCarthy Toyota)<br> o Scratches on the body of the car, although it had fewer kilometres on the clock than the other car.<br> o On the purchase document the kilometres are indicated as 19176 km but it w
