Disappointing service from Toyota

Good Day I have unfortunately had to endure a great deal of inconvenience caused by Toyota for the past 20 months. I purchased a Toyota Aygo 1.0 (2017 model) in June 2018 and have car battery issues to date, to the point where I have used up all roadside assistance call outs from all my Car insurers. I am at my wits' end with Toyota! The trouble started a week after I purchased the vehicle in 2018. On a Monday morning my car would not start and the salesperson from Toyota who sold the vehicle to me arrived and jump-starts the my car. Two months went by the vehicle seemed to work. I was told by the salesperson to be vigilant with switching off lights, car radio and making sure nothing that could drain the battery was left on. I have been vigilant (borderline paranoid) to avoid having issues with the car battery but to no avail. In October 2018 I had trouble again with the vehicle and had to take it into Toyota to be tested and the salesperson assured me that they took the vehicle to the Battery Centre to get the battery tested and at the Battery Centre they did not pick up any problems with the battery (so I was told). The salesperson said they would also check the alarm and my tracker to see if it was draining the battery. I have conversations and emails as evidence. I would notify Toyota if the vehicle would not start and they would give me the Toyota roadside assistance number and Toyota DID NOT ASK me to bring the vehicle in to be checked again, I had to insist. In November 2018 I took my car in insisting it need to be checked, it stayed at the dealership for several days undergoing testing, as it is still under warranty. The salesperson said he asked for the battery to be changed and it was changed, insisting it was a brand new battery. This has been ongoing even after the battery was "replaced" which I have an invoice for. Frankly, I am irate at the disappointing service I have received at Toyota Westville. I have been inconvenienced too many times by Toyota. Being a young woman in south africa, it is not safe for me to not have a reliable vehicle which is what I was promised by Toyota. My anxiety has heightened because of my faulty car.I do believe either of two things happened when I had reported the matter numerous times, either Toyota westville do not know what they are doing or I am being taken advantage of. I do wish the matter gets resolved now, as going back and fourth with Toyota has been ineffective and no one seems to care, yet I pay monthly installments and have not missed a payment and this is the service I get?
