Disappointing service

I have called two branches (N1 city & Culemborg) to get quotes for our company to purchase a brand new Toyota Hilux. Haven't received anything from either branch. Yet I called Ford and both branches with 30 minutes had emailed me a quote. Very disappointing service from Toyota.
