Disappointing Management and Security

<p>Had my car serviced at Edwin Swales Drive Toyota. A Security guy was very abusive and rude to me. I reported it, viz email to the manager who was absent on the day I had the car serviced. Because the next day was a holiday, the staff assured me that he would get back to me on Wednesday. I got an email from him on Wednesday, telling me that he would get back to me. One week later, he has just forgotten about my complaint though it was very serious abuse that I suffered. He ignores my emails and doesn't even bother to investigate my allegations. Please Toyota, I had a good opinion of this branch and the staff inside were very good, especially the two Indian gentlemen who saw how traumatised I was. They were very helpful, kind, polite and apologetic, but this Clinton manager is very rude not to even respond to my complaint. I hope that someone takes my complaint seriously and gets back to me urgently as I can then give them the full story about what happened.</p>
