Disappointed Toyota customer

Good morning. I am a customer of Toyota SA. I have an issue with a vehicle that I purchased and this vehicle is still under warranty. I was at Toyota in shelly Beach yesterday. The technical manager was down for the factory. They test drove my vehicle and gave a report. The report read according to factory specifications there's nothing they can do. I have an issue with a load this vehicle touches and sc****s over drive ways and speed humps. I need this issue resolved. Because if I trade now I will loose. Thank you.
