DISAPPOINTED IN THE TOYOTA BRAND

I made contact with various dealerships from December 2021, as I was highly interested in purchasing the Toyota Corolla Cross - Hybrid! Every dealership had a don't care/can't help attitude. I am so disappointed by this. I was initially told that they cannot tell me when the stock was meant to be delivered. I requested a quote, nonetheless, submitted it to my financial institution, and received approval for the finance. The dealership that supp**** me with the quote advised that they were expecting a delivery of the vehicle between 21-27 Feb. A week and a half ago, I get a call telling me that the delivery date has been moved to the END of MARCH. I know for a fact that once a date has been allocated against stock that is scheduled for delivery, the dealership will definitely receive it. TOYOTA, IF YOU DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS - I WILL TAKE IT ELSEWHERE! LEARN TO TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY!
