Did not get what was promised

This is the second time i'm writting my complaint and no one has bothered to contact me. I'm so dissappointed by the company and now i've lost my trust over them. The service book is written incorrect afetr getting it over a month after the puchase. My back light is not fixed. i got bad blades for my screen. My car does not have carpets.
