defective leather front seat

I have bought a Toyota Fortuner. During the guarantee period I have the leather front driver seat fixed about five times on the same spot. The guarantee has expired but not even six months apart the same problem occurred this seems to be a factory defect. Protea, Barlow and Zevenwacht Toyota refuse blatantly to fix the problem, they are aware of this problem with The Fortuner and quoted problems that other customers have of which they are aware.
