Ddisgusting Service-Toyota Heinz Matatiele

My father's Totoya Quantum went for repairs in October 2012 as it was involved in an accident. To date the car has not been fixed.<br> <br> I have spoken to Keith and Brian of this company but to date no repairs have been done on this vehicle almost 3 years later. This is a commercial vehicle and registered as such it iss our only source of income how does a panel beater delay repairs for 3 years. We as the family have been starving since and continue to do so as our plea to have the completed in repairs remains ignored.<br> <br> Can somebody advise me on the justification of such gross conduct. Our dad has since passed on without seeing the day of the vehcle being completed.<br> <br> No monies are owned to this company since the Quantum was insured. I am very disgusted by the way this company has conducted it's self and would urge everybody that is close to me not to take their car there for repairs otherwise they will not get any performance into of the obligations of Toyota Heinz.<br> <br> Can somebody urgently asist
