Two years ago i took my car im for a service at one of your branches they took my entire engine out i waited for 4 months for my car back and when i got it back took it for a drive and i got a bearing knock they tock into to they people and blamed it on the car but when i took it there was nothing wrong it had fuel and a knew battery the day o had to pick it up they made me buy fuel and a knew better toyota okavango i had to pay 80 000 to replace it and until this day i am paying for that loan

I took my car in for a minor service which ended in my replacing my engine and it costing me 80 000 I took my car in 2022/04/19 and the due in 2022/05/16 on the second one you will see the date i had to collect my car was 2022/08/03.They did Eps recall and a valve spring replacement recall with out my permission and when i asked them why they did it they said its for free that why they did it and by doing so they worked on the engine i did not guve any go a head and i did not know until i asked wat is this amount thats so high i took my car for a minor service which became months of heart ache my car was left out side im the yard burning im the sun and full of dudt where my engine was just standing in the work shop for months to make matters worse they made me buy a battery and fuel this is how unfairly i was treated i was for months with out a car when i asked for a car to use they said no.
