CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

On the 27th of May my Toyoya Aygo broke down, the car was towed to CHM Toyota Alberton. We followed up with a call on the 29ht of May with regards to the status of the breakdown and was informed that there was no such vehicle on their premises. On the 30th of May the vechile was located and we were assured that the investigation would commence. NO FEEDBACK was provided to us during this course and we had to follow up with a call on the 1st of June, we were told that the damage on the vehicle was a WHOPPING R27 000, furthermore we informed them that we had an extended warranty plan. On the 2nd of June we were informed that the extended warranty was available and that a quotation would be submitted to Innovation Group for the repairs required. NO COMMUNICATION again from the 2nd of June to the 9th of June, we had to once again follow up on the status, we were then told that the quotation had been submitted but no authorisation had been received but that Toyota would follow up with Innovation Group. NO FEEDBACK was receievd on the 9th of June so on 12 June we contacted Innovation Group and spoke to William who assured us that the quotation would be approved for submission on the same day. On the 13th of June we followed up with Toyota again and no authorisation had been received yet but that Lizelle would follow up and contact me, which she did on the same day. The quotation was approved for commencement of repairs and that the vechicle should be ready for collection on 23 June. On the 21st of June Lizelle contacted us stating that the damage on the engine was far more extensive than originally assesed, a new quote would need to be submitted to Innovation Group for authorisation. On 23 June we had no feedback once again and decided to pay CHM Toyota Alberton a visit, upon arrival we learnt from Tony the workshop manager and Lizelle our service advisor that the quote had not been submitted yet but it would be done on the same day. Upon return to home we enquired with Innovation group if a new quotation had been submitted by Toyota for the "newly assesed" damages, NO QUOTE was received as yet. Monday 26 June after phoning Lizelle once again we received the quote that was submitted to Innovation Group. After following up with Innovation Group on 27 June, confirmation was received that the new quote has been approved for commencement of repairs. NO COMMUNICATION from Toyota once again, we had to follow up AGAIN on the 3rd of July for an update of the repairs, we were then told that a part required (Cylinder Cover Assembly) was not available throughout the WHOLE OF SOUTH AFRICA??? and that the part had to be imported, the new ETA would be 12 July and THEN ONLY could repairs on the car begin. I logged a call with Toyota South Africa customer care service on 3 July and spoke to Xenobia with regards to the ********** service received, she told me that an investigation would be opened and that a call back will be received 24hrs later - NOTHING YET. I am disgusted in the service received from Toyota, for the Month of June I had to pay a car installment and insurance with absolutely no use of the car, commuting to work has been an absilute nightmare and the inconvenience to myself, family and friends just to preform day to day activities are exhausting. No courtesy car could be offered and the expenditures incurred on my behalfe not to mention the telephone bill is ludacris. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING WITH TOYOTA.
