Customer service

From the firts day i bought the vihecle it had a problem with the clutch and went back 2 times for the same problem nou my 3rd and 5th gear is damaged and the clutch peddal does not return on its own. I am not recieving any help from them they keep on telling me the clutch isnt warrenty but i bought the vihecle with that clutch problem. I drove 30 000km and my gearbox and slave cylinder and cluth is damaged i need help
