Customer dissatisfaction of purchased vehicle at Toyota westville
I would like to raise my heartfelt concerns and dissatisfaction about the Toyota etos that I have purchased from Westville Toyota in durban at the beginning of this year.
My first incident was the closing of the boot which was sorted after I lodged a complain and after that it was followed with the car raving itself, that was also sorted out.
On the 29th September 2020 the car came for a service and it was serviced. A few days after the car had a problem that if you start it, it does not pick up same time, it started showing the orange light on dashboard. It ended having no power when you drive it. It was taken in for inspection and I was told it's the injectors that we're dirty and new injectors will be ordered and replaced.
I am very disappointed that in such a short space of time I have encountered so many faults in a brand new vehicle of a well known quality brand. I took the car back the car in because it is not of any use in that condition. A gentleman by the name of Ravi assisted explaining but my concern is that why does all these defects happen in such a short space of time on a brand new vehicle but the answers I got was not satisfying at all.
I would like to request for your intervention in this matter. I did also try contacting via sms, telephone the sales representative by the name of Thabile from Westville Toyota in Durban.the lady did not reply and after a day when the car was fixed I texted her again and her response was *********.
