Customer care lacking Sales manager

My experience was good until i met sales manager in modimolle branch. He is so unprofessional, lack customer care, treat you like you are reporting to him and you are annoying. Never seen that stinking attitute in Toyota branches for the past 20 years of being a Toyota loyalist.
