Costly new Land Cruiser

I have an 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser dubbel cab with 62000km. 3 week ago the the new cruiser did not want to start and I contacted SA Toyota and they send a roll back to come and collect the cruiser. The cruiser was send to Heidelberg Toyota to get fixed.

I was told by Heidelberg Toyota that there was no oil in the engine and that the crank was damaged. The engine was send away to get stripped and repaired and I am still waiting after I had to made all the phone calls to get feedback on the cruiser.

According to Heidelberg Toyota the full payment that I need to do on the cruiser is about R42 000 for the repairs. I asked them why I did need to pay for the hole amount and I was told that my warranty has expired as I did not take the cruiser for all it services. This cruiser needs to be serviced on every 5000km that cost you about R6000 to R14 000 per shot. I asked the service depatment in Middelberg if I cant do it every 10 000km as per normal cars and I was told that that will not be an problem.

Good I did that and no body every told me I was doing something wrong and during this time 2 Toyota shops serviced my car. Even Heidelberg Toyota confirmed to me that even they told there Land cruiser client that every 10 000km service intervalls will be fine.

Please help as I am with out a car for almost a month now and I must pay for the repairs whitch I think is not only my problem as this is the norm at most Toyota dealerships to service land cruisers on 10 000km.

Regards.
