A HUGE thank you to Tracy Hammer at Monument Toyota Constantia for the way in which she communicates with her clients. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with her and I really should have sent in a compliment the first time as well. Tracy is professional, extremely helpful, patient, and wholly prepared to go the extra mile. She was able to help me relax, without being condescending, and she works quickly and effectively. Taking my car in for a service is fast becoming one of my favourite activities - and I have tried two other Toyota dealerships.
