Confused

Hi I was in an accident last month with my brand new car which I only had or a month or so I would just like to know whose problem is it cause I am sitting without transport , had a rental for only a month so I had to give it back and now I am sitting at home cannot go anywhere because tekton paarl is waiting for a part which only can by fitted by toyota. This is why I only want to know who do I go to with this problem. Kind regard Alicia A
