COMPLAINT AGAINST @TOYOTASA

In the month of February 2023 I bought an Urban Cruiser @ToyotaSA in King Williams Town. Three months later , I experienced problems with starting the car, I found it difficult to start it. I then took the car back to them and they told me that the petrol poured into the car is contaminated, advising me to check with my petrol station because other petrol stations sell diluted petrol. On the 18th of September 2023, I experienced the same problem. They told me the contaminated petrol story again but they said they will check if the problem doesn't involve injectors , if so they will clean them as well. They then asked me to give them money to fill up the petrol after cleaning the injectors . Having done all that ,they called me and upon arrival the first question the manager asked If I have enemies, telling me that something has been poured into the car but they don't know what it is and it has affected the engine of the car badly because the car isn't starting even after they've cleaned the petrol tank and injectors. They advised me to go to the police station and open a case so that my insurance can help me because they won't able to help since my car experienced an external problem . They wrote the letter to my insurance hence I didn't know what to say . My insurance also rejected the claim after the manager from @toyotasa (King williams Town called them , telling me that they don't deal with mechanical problems. What frustrates me is that @toyotasa doesn't want to take responsibility for what happened to my car whereas I'm still paying the installment for that car every month since September, bare in mind that I don't have a car right now . They want me to pay R22000 to repair the car. Soon the schools will be opening and I don't have a car since September 2023, I've been enduring this pain from them. Please I need your urgent help @hellopetercom
