Complaining about Marwaan Waldien

On the 6th of December 2017, I took my car to be serviced. My service advisor was Marwaan. My car was serviced but I was informed that I need to change somethings, I disagreed with him & told him how can I change wipes twice a year because my wipes were changed in April when they serviced my car. I couldn’t get an answer even though he noticed it didn’t make sense because he saw on the system they were recently changed. I was called for feedback & I told them why am I not happy. The lady told me they will get back to me, I’m still waiting. Then I realized that my backseat car mat is missing, I immediately called the advisor (Marwaan) & he told me he will get back to me. I called him everyday & he promised he will call me back everytime but he never bothered. I really don’t understand why didn’t he check everything when he received the car from the service department. He said he will go to people who wash cars & ask them then call me back. I asked him to tell me if they don’t find it but still to this day. I am very irritated by Toyota halfway Ottery. Marwaan doesn’t respect me at all.????
