Complain about Buffalo

I'm not happy with Buffalo delivery, today I was waiting for my order as they send me the message that they will call when they are here but I didn't receive any call from them, I was waiting my parcel i did pay Buffalo for delivery service bt they said my address was not available and my phone was off which is a lie i didn't receive any call from them please help me
