Charges for work not done

I took the car to get serviced on 13 October 2015.<br> I was charged for repair to the cigarette lighter.<br> the lighter was not repaired.<br> I advised that I cannot drive back from Morningside during office hours as I had already taken time from work to take the car for service. <br> <br> Lucia said that there is no other option I have to come and bring the vehicle in during office hours. I suggested that they arrange for a technician perhaps on Saturday. She did not budge.<br> <br> I am not happy especially since I have to spend on petrol to get there...the service is poor.
