Changing banking details with Toyota Vredendal

I bought a 2020 RAV from Toyota Vredendal in October 2020. The selling of the RAV went down easy and effortless. In the mean time my banking details changed and I seems to struggle to get the right forms from Toyota Vredendal to change my banking details. I have started phoning, even went into the branch to ask for assistance and did not receive anything back. If this premium is not going off from the correct banking details I will receive a bad credit review which is not my fault as Toyota Vredendal do not care about any after service for their clients.
