CAR SERVICE DISASTER

1st - Had my car serviced at Klerksdorp Toyota. Reception phoned to inform me that they had a small accident with my car but told me it is already at the panel beaters and will be fixed. Because of the professional manner in which she handled it I told her I understand.<br> 2nd service - after collecting my car it smelled of petrol and started pulling to the left. Took it back. They phoned me and said they accidently twisted the petrol seal and also took the car in for wheel allignment. After collecting my car it was still pulling to the left. I took it to a wheel alignment company and paid for the alignment. After filling my car, the petrol smell was worse. So bad that I was scared to start my car. I live in Potchefstroom, I went to them to have it fixed. The lady phoned me and said that I have to pay for the petrol seal as it was twisted and that their technicial said the car doesn't pull to the left. After fetching my car, it was even worse, I now have to counter steer the whole time. <br> My car has a service and warranty plan. Is this what happens when you buy a new car from Toyota and have it serviced at them?<br> At this stage I am to scared to drive with my daughter in the car
