Car sale without Master keys

I have bought a car in 2014/08 and it has no Master keys, I've been to Toyota Bruma taking my car there for services since I had it. I have been asking for my car's master keys till I was told to ask for them where I bought the car it is now going for 3 years without my car's master keys. I sent and e-mail to Chantelle Beets the lady who assisted me with the purchase of the car and Regan Chetty the Salesman on the 23rd December 2015 they still have not rep****.<br> <br> when I park the car I can't activate it's alarm system in public or at my home in the night or when I am away.<br> <br> I just want what belongs to Me please.
