CAR NOT SERVICED

I took my car for service at Toyota Edwin swales in Durban on the 07 Nov 2017.on arrival there was only 2 service consultants assisting us.you could see that they were working under pressure.they took my car and they took me home.when i take my car for service i normally get a call around 12pm informing me about any changes on the car and if there's any issues.i never received that call.i called Toyota @ 3pm asking them about an update on my car. i never got a response.Toyota called me @ 3:46 pm to pick me up at home .on arrival @ TOYOTA @5pm they told that my car has not been service because they didn't have oil filter.they kept my car the whole day without informing me anything.am so disappointed with their poor service.i had to be stuck at home the whole day because i didn't have a car.they promised to call me today but up until now nobody has called me.it shows their lack of professionalism .how can i even trust the work they perform on the car.i am very disappointed with TOYOTA EDWIN SWALES DURBAN.
