CAR has been on service for 4 weeks full

Order ID = T416937. I have ordered a clutch 4 weeks ago... After 4 weeks I was told that my clutch MIGHT arrive on the 4 of May 2021. After 4 weeks that this car has been with them.

Toyota South Africa Sucks..... Service is terrible very Terrible... I will never ever by a toyota again ... VW is much faster than you guys....... and service consultant asked me to contact Toyota SA ...... your logistic system needs serious help guys.... exactly your whole system.. Please take this as a friendly advise.
