Car faulty after Toyota serviced for two months

I bought a double cab from Toyota in Oct 2014. Took it for service in Feb2015 only to find that there's something wrong with the engine. Warranty refuses to pay. Toyota takes the fall since I proved that I did what was required of me in terms of maintenance. Toyota keeps my car for whole 2 months not even bothering to give me updates. I had to fight for them to finish the car. Two months later, I get the car back. Within two weeks it dies on me again. Who's at fault? Toyota doesn't want to take the blame, the warranty doesn't want to pay. Who must pay R60000 to fix a car after buying it 4 months ago.
