Car Breakdown

I am horrified by the lack lustre support being provided on gettin to a resolution with regards to our car breakdown by Toyota SA. No one has the ability to provide a resolution or progress to our problem. We have a vehicle with just over 60000km’s on the clock with a faulty gearbox. We have been stranded on holiday without transport since the 30th of Dec and every person we have been talking to is escalating our matter. The CEO’s number goes unanswered…. Can anybody in Toyota make a decision….?
