Canopy problem

<p>In November 2016 I bought a new Toyota 4x4 bakkie from Toyota at Barloworld Toyota Menlyn, I had very good service, I am very happy with the vehicle, but Toyota put a no-name canopy on which is totally substandard, it leaks (I must check on the weather report before going anywhere), the hinges are cracking, it is almost impossible to lock it, it has sharp edges cutting ones hands and it has no sliding window. My previous three Toyota bakkies all had Beekman canopies (two were ******), all perfect, even after 18 years. I have had numerous promises from Toyota over the last five months, nothing has been done.</p>
