Can the worst service get any worst?
Horrible - horrified - horrific! Bought my car at Northriding branch in 2013. I always take my car in for a service at the same branch. Last time I took my car in for a service, they told me I had to pay cash because my service plan has expired. I have purchased additional service plan years ago! Whole day I tried to contact them to ask were they able to find out, not one response. Eventually someone at this branch said to me I have to phone THEIR head office and discuss my issue with them. In turn they will assist me with my query. I was so upset because I'm doing their work for them! Contacted their HO, which they said they cannot believe that I (the paying customer) had to contact them. And everything was in order. Last week I contacted the same branch to ask to bring my car in on Saturday the 16th December. They said they will glad assist. Took my car in early that morning, got a phone call after an hour saying they can't do it as some person is not there on that day. They asked me to bring the car back on the 18th (Monday), left it with them 7.40, got a phone call at 16:00 to tell me this "PERSON" is still not there..... just a simple service which I pay for .... cannot be done. Then they asked me to bring the car in today 20th (Wednesday). They will arrange for my car to be collected and dropped off. Now this is the THIRD time that my car went to Toyota for a measly SERVICE. At first I had to phone them to ask were the driver was .... 2 phone calls later, they sent someone who arrived here at 11:00am. I contacted them now at 14:42 - "hi mam, your car is currently being serviced, I will phone you as soon as it is done" - I leave work 16:00 - the car is still being "serviced" - 3 times later, multiple phone calls later and loads of wasted petrol and I still don't have my car back ... and they will not be in time to bring my car - how am I supposed to get home? honestly - the worst service ever! The best part??? There's a sign on the premises saying: "Under new Management". WHAT?
