Bullying Tactics

Its almost since I wrote an email to the Head of Toyota Halfway Ottery.

Ever since I have not gotten any joy from this business after I have been a customer at this dealer a couple of time .

I traded in my corolla and bought a bookie in 20 January 2016 ,

Little did I know that I was been taken for a ride. I was not told that the bakkie had partial service history . I only discovers this after I wanted to get into another vehicle. This is making it impossible for me to extract the value that I should have had it had FSH.

How can such a reputable business rip people off like this , The fact that i am not getting any proper response from them is disgusting to say the least. I am certain that should I have had a different surname I would have been given attention . I cannot take this lying down they need to be responsible not only when people are buying but also when they have issues of this nature . Why must I get to be treated like a king when i being called to come and sign but know he behaves as if I mean nothing to his business this nonsensical tendency of underestimating people base on their skin has to come to end .

I am going to escalate this to the relevant Ombus
