Bubbling rear window- Toyota Kingsmead

Terrible aftersales experience. Vehicle is only 3 years old yet the rear window is bubbling, the film was not app**** correctly.

I have emailed Toyota Kingsmead but they cannot help me because I cannot find a warranty booklet for the film that I don't even remember obtaining in the first place.

Why does Toyota Kingsmead not have electronic copies of these warranties on a computer? This is ridiculous.

The vehicle looks terrible with that bubbling rear window VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
