I'm typing this compliment with a smile in my heart , The service I received from Yusuf Ebrahim from Southern Toyota (Trade Route Mall, Lenasia) is completely mind blowing , he is definitely an asset to the Toyota Family . The service he rendered to me was out of the ordinary . he took the initiative to educate me about my vehicle, and to ensure that I understood the information imparted to me we went on a drive so that he could demostrate how the vehicle needs to be driven in order to avoid finding myself in the same predicament (My vehicle was a TOW IN at the dealership, it had issues with Wiring ). <br> <br> His calm and patient manner was a great help to me especially because your Service Advisor was not helpful at all.<br> <br> Thank You once again Yusuf for the great service, especially the time and effort in making me feel like royalty.<br> <br> <br> <br>
