breaks

<p>we bought a brand new Toyota Aygo Dec 2015 from East rand Toyota and last week on 24000 km the brakes gave in and i called them to do a warranty cliam and they advised to bring the vehicle in .I took it in 7 Mar and they called to say they will not repair the breaks or change the pads for free . I escalated it to the service manager and he had the same story and also escalated it to the person in charge of East rand Toyota and he was unhelpfull and was not interested in my story and declined to fix the breaks as it is according to them not a warranty item.</p>
