Breakdown the day after a full service

Our Toyota Carrie delivery vehicle went in for a full service and we were told that the clutch had to be replaced. We accepted and the car was collected by us after the service. The following day, the car broke down with a broken Cam belt. Surely this is something that is checked during a full service? The Cam belt was replace at 100 000km and is now on 170 000km. We were told that they don't check the Cam belt during a service? Now we are being asked for another R9500 !!!!!<br> Please contact me - I cannot accept this.
