Brand new Toyota Fortuner with defective Battery

It’s been two weeks since I have made a request to Toyota Customercare that my cars battery has issues. The Fortuner, 2.4D Automatic is hardly 10 months old. It was bought at 0km, Tygervalley Toyota.

It is regrettable that Toyota, does not want to have a hand in it & does not seem to care about their customers. I am stranded, car parked at my house’s garage & yet I’m an essential service.
