BOUGHT VEHICLE IN 2013... STILL NO VEHICLE IN 2016

I bought a vehicle from Settler's City Toyota in 2013. After purchasing the vehicle, there was a problem with the gearbox. Toyota did not want to carry the costs of replacing the gearbox, so they started replacing other parts one by one. It is now 2016, I still don't have a vehicle to drive with...Keep in mind I have been paying the monthly installments and insurance on this vehicle. Throughout this process, I have been treated with utter disrespect and hostility. There was a delay in repairing the vehicle due to internal politics and don't-care-attitude from Settler's City. Eventually, Toyota decided to replace the gearbox (reconditioned), but there was a problem with the oil cooler and the oil and water mixed. Afterwards, they replaced the gearbox again, but with another reconditioned one. Vehicle was sent to Continental by Toyota, I spoke to a technician from Continental, who advised me that the car will in future blow head gasket, if Toyota does not fix the oil cooler. Continental could not fix the cooler as Toyota did not want to give authorization. Vehicle blew head gasket in less than a month. I would like to capture more info, but space is limited.
