Bought car cash but never comes

Hello Peter<br> <br> On the 16th of September 2015 I bought a used 2012 D4D 2.5L Toyota Bakkie.<br> The car was on the floor, I EFT the R180, 698.00 within 10 mins after viewing the car.<br> I supp**** the sales person (Godfrey Mulaudzi) with The Ck documents, ID, Proof of Payment, Company Proxy. I was told I will receive the car on Friday, 18th of September.<br> <br> On the 19th of September 2015 I received the call from the sales person, saying he is receiving a 2014 Toyota D4D with Low Mileage and he thinks it's a better deal and he'll give it to me for the same price, I gave him a go ahead.<br> <br> Since then I have been sending e-mail asking when am I receiving the car, he keeps saying he doesn't know, eversince I paid for the car he only called me once and was to change the deal.<br> <br> I don't think there was ever a better bakkie, I think he sold mine to someone and thought he'll find another one from another dealership.<br> <br> Now I am asking him for a refund, he says he doesn't know how it is done and that I should contact my bank and get them to reverse it.<br> <br> PLEASE HELP!<br> I don't want any compensation for time lost, delays, inconvenience or interest on the money I gave them, I just want my money back
