Beware when purchasing Toyota RAV4 2L GX (safety factors)

I contacted Toyota SA by telephone and email regarding my concerns that when unlocking the vehicle with the remote u are unable to unlock the drivers door and then the rest of the vehicle. They came back to me after investigation and told me nothing can be done about it and if not happy with the feed back I can approach the Motor Industry Ombudsman. I explained to them and even sent them a video showing how dangerous it was by not been able to unlock just the drivers door and then the rest of the vehicle. On purchase I was told this feature would be able to be done at the Workshop but my visit to the Workshop I was told that on my 2017 Model with Cruise Control they were unable to active that feature I believe that by adding the Cruise Control to this Model they removed the unlocking safety factor
