BENEFITTING ON THE BACK OF LAWLESSNESS

Good morning. I have a huge complaint. I work in Durban and in the last month I have had 3 items ****** off my Etios. Wonderful for Toyota because you get to replace them!! Loads of extra cash for you DAILY but get this!! Imagine my horror when I get told at Toyota Kingsmead that I have to book my car in and get charged and extra R450 for you to put the part on!!!!! 3 separate incidents at approx R450 each!!!! You should be disgusted in yourselves to take advantage of the consumers and benefit double on the backs of the lawless. Your consumers who have been loyal to your brand, and personally I have owned 4 Toyotas in 30 yrs, are taken advantage of in this tough economic climate, Toyota happily takes advantage of. To think that you can charge R450 to fit a side mirror or windscreen wiper that only cost over R300!! AND only take 5 mins to fit. Hopefully I will get my mirror today and then I will take it to a private mechanic who will fit it for me and guess what ????? FOR FREE!!!!!!! I would like a response to this outrageous practice of yours and you can look up my details on system.
